A Note
The nature of what I do means that I cannot disclose details that could be used to identify businsses that I have worked with. However, I can relate these Special Situations where I was able to come in and help. Always keep in mind how you would want me to discuss your business after fixing a Special Situation!
Situation Example 1Prior to my arriving, the entity had no credible management reports, convoluted financial reporting, employees stealing, significant underreporting to taxing authorities, abusive managers, and many other problems, all tied together. A series of "Fat" temporary revenue streams hid the reality of losing money on its core business. When those temporary revenue streams whent away, this truly was a Special Situation.
Client: Services to Fortune 100 Companies and Government Entities

Services: Advisor to CEO, Senior Financial Executive, Information Platform, Human Resources
Solution: Execution of certain core functions, implementation of Salesforce and ERP and many other off-the-shelf cloud-based applications combined with solid business decsion making to better-manage the company. Secured over $4 million in PPP funds. Shut down largest office in a major city, a relic of the entity's past.
Situation Example 2
The traditional business of the Company was in trouble, a secondary business was carrying the entity, and hired management was seemingly siphoning off available cash for personal interests and misrepresenting the status of the entity to many.

Solution: Joined company as a senior executive, raised bridge capital before assets sold to Fortune 50 company.
Special Situation 3
A senior executive inexplicably quit with no notice, leaving a large industry player during a critical time of the year.
